Organic Headshots (Chicago, IL) had outgrown a decade-old WordPress website that was difficult to manage, vulnerable to security issues, and creating unnecessary friction for both the team and their clients.

With multiple services serving individuals, small businesses, and large corporate teams—including clients like PepsiCo, National Basketball Association, and Meta Platforms—they needed a simpler way for visitors to find the right service and book with confidence.

We migrated the website to Squarespace, restructured the user experience, and introduced a personalized quiz that helps visitors navigate to the right services. We also carefully preserved existing content and links while strengthening SEO foundations during the migration.
