Hi, I’m Taylor Nguyen — a business analyst and user researcher turned web designer.
Taylor Web Design began during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic as a volunteer initiative to help nonprofits and small businesses navigate the sudden shift to digital. As more clients came to us looking for a partner they could trust, that volunteer work gradually grew into a professional practice.
Over time, we saw that clients achieved the strongest results when their website, visual identity, and search foundations worked together — rather than being treated as separate pieces.
That insight shaped how we work today: creating websites that feel simple and intuitive on the surface because every element behind them has been thoughtfully aligned.
